Comentario: Everything is good except for 3 things : i) Our room (room no 301) is facing the back yard of the hotel which has got no view, and our window is facing another building which is about less than 50m away and they can see us. ii) There is no aircon is the room, it can be stuffy at times. iii) There is a kettle provided but there is a layer of chemical floating on the water, washed the kettle for 3-4 times but still the same, so we ended up have to buy mineral water from outside.

Comentario: A friendly, beautiful hotel. A perfect location - handy for the train station and the attractions. The hotel is also very quiet at night.

Comentario: The Napoleon hotel is within walking distance of the Colosseum, but to get to other parts of the city, use the metro which is just outside. Clean and friendly would definitely return.

Comentario: Fabio and Franco were outstanding in their support and recommendations for us. The staff at the Napoleon Hotel are to be commended and we highly recommend them to any visitor to Rome.

Comentario: Thanks to Bernado at reception. Room 412 a/c not good and small shower cubicle. Bernado moved us to 411 and everything was great therafter. All bar and restaurant staff exceptionally polite friendly and helpful.

Comentario: Loved our stay here and really enjoyed the surprise of getting some free bubbly for my Wife's birthday. Will stay here again next time in Rome.

Comentario: We had two rooms; a double which was charming and comfortable, and a single which was small and much less agreeable. The staff was inconsistent (some extremely helpful and friendly, and others unfriendly), and the breakfast had many options but not very appealing food.

Comentario: Had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Good value and good location near Colosseum with metro just outside door ensuring cheap and easy access to all the main sites. Really appreciated airport pick-up as it was our first visit to Rome. Helpful reception staff, good sized, well serviced room, good value & good quality restaurant, pleasant wine reception for guests where even senior staff mingled, good restaurant in area also. Prior to travelling, was really impressed by the prompt responses from hotel staff to email enquiries. Suggestion - that hotel staff inform guests on arrival re Dante metro exit for hotel. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Comentario: We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The wine tasting night was a hit, we met some lovely people!

Comentario: The hotel staff was extremely helpful and courteous from the front desk, the concierge and the bartenders. The hotels location couldn't be better. Blocks from the train station and walk out the door of the hotel and you are at a subway stop. I will stay here again.
