Comment: The reception and concierge and restaurant staff was terrific. We got very good helpful info on sightseeing shopping and dining.the lady head of the reception area on the morning of May 16 and her staff were specially great. The only disappointment was the non availability of English tv channels as every day of our stay we were told satellite not functioning properly.

Comment: les salles de bain sont trop anciennes et de confort standard et il est necessaire de prevoir une renovation à la hauteur d'un cinq étoiles. la propreté et le service en chambre est à revoir. le service du restaurant est standard mais les petits déjeuners sont bons et variés. le batiment interieur et les espaces communs sont superbes.

Comment: Si vous aller a porto en vacances ,ou qelques jours prenner le temps de voir cet hotel manifique,il en faut la peine de réservé,cadre manifiques.

Comment: The only negative about the hotel and its services was the internet access. The cost to access the internet in the room was 22 euros per day. For leisure travelers, this is way out of line. We used the internet cafe two blocks from the hotel.

Comment: I'm not sure I would recommend the hotel because it's suppose to be a deluxe and the bathroom was old fashion and not clean (dust around the window and floor). the hotel terracce was very dirty and the carpet in the dining room also!
