Comentario : This was a spectacular hotel. The front desk service was 5 star even though this hotel is rated with 4 stars. Our breakfast both mornings was delicious and was in a very elegant breakfast room. Our bedroom was fairytale-like. The only complaint we had was with the shower. The shower curtain gave you no space in the shower with which to bathe.

Comentario : Munir de tapis plus grand ou de moquettes complètes dans les chambres seraient l'idéal pour l'isolation phonique, nous avons eu au court de notre séjour, durant trois jours, une personne située au dessus de notre suite qui mettait des talons jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit et au petit matin et marchait de long en large, nous étions capable de la suivre à l'oreille partout dans la pièce, nous avons été proche de nous fâcher et d'aller la trouver.
Néanmoins cet hôtel est magnifique, un personnel super agréable, des chambres d'une propreté parfaite. Globalement nous avons été enchantés.

Comentario : This was a wonderful hotel in an excellent location. It was the best of all the hotels we stayed in in Italy. The staff was extremely informative and accommodating. I would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone.

Comentario : The Santa Maria Novella hotel is in an excellent location; it is walking distance to the train/bus station for taking day trips and all the sites and fabulous shopping are close by. In addition, it is located in a pedestrian only piazza so it was a quiet location but in the heart of the city. I would definitely stay there again.

Comentario : Les 5 nuits passées à l'hôtel Santa Maria Novella ont été un véritable enchantement;le rez de chaussée est digne d'un musée;la chambre N° 404,était spacieuse,avec une vue magnifique sur la basilique, et je souhaiterais que vous fassiez part de mes éloges au personnel de cet hôtel dans lequel j'espère revenir un jour.

Comentario : Situation idéale, tout l' intérieur de l' hotel magnifiquement décoré et plein de charme dans le style florentin, personnel accueillant et très pro, petit déjeuner copieux et varié, chambre spacieure et superbe, salle de bain tout en marbre tres confortable, vue imprenable sur la place Santa Maria Novella. Hotel vraiment exceptionnel!

Comentario : we had a lovely stay at the Santa Maria Novella- and would definetly stay again if we are ever in Florence. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite on the 6th floor which was lovely and spacious and really made our holiday

Comentario : Missed having a minibar or simple fridge to store bottled water or wine. Would also appreciate an iron and ironing board - these are standard accessories in the states for good reason.
Otherwise - this was our nicest accomodation throughout our 2.5 week, 7 hotels trip. Would stay there again definitely.
