Comentario : I cannot even begin to say how much we loved our stay at Hotel Privilege. Our room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the Arno. The location was great...a two minute walk to Santa Croce and Vivoli (great gelato!) The breakfast selection was wonderful.
But, really, the best part of our stay was the friendliness/helpfulness of the front desk staff. They could not have been better. They worked tirelessly and always with a smile. No question we had seemed too big or too small. We hope to return to Florence and we would not consider staying anywhere else.

Comentario : Leider war der versprochene Parkplatz nicht verfügbar. Aber das Hotel war total okay, vor allem auch wegen des guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnisses.

Comentario : This was a lovely friendly and welcoming hotel with staff who were polite and always willing to help both in the hotel and with reservations to art galleries and with recommendations for restaurants. the room was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely go again
