Comentario : The Hotel Excelsior was the most beautiful hotel we ever stayed at. The view was magical in a very superb room. The staff was super-responsive and very helpful. Will definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon!

Comentario : from the reservation assistance (with nejdi dubovic) to the private beach dining, everything and everyone was absolutely fabulous.
if i had to mention one thing that could use improvement, it would be the housekeeping that started in the rooms around me at 7:00am. they were a bit loud. but as everything else was so wonderful, i could not complain (just roll over and sleep in later!).
