Comentario : Ich konnte erst abends anreisen, so dass die Verbindung vom Flughafen zum Hotel nur noch begrenzt per Bus möglich war. Dort angekommen war alles dunkel, niemand war anwesend. Am Eingang, was ich erst später bemerkte, hing ein Zettel, dass man zu einem anderen Hotel laufen müsste, um sich dort an der Rezeption einzuchecken. Ich fand es unmöglich, dass man nicht mitteilte, das Hotel liegt hinter der Grenze und ist zu Fuß z.B. gar nicht zu erreichen. Ebenso fand ich den Service vor Ort unmöglich. Das Zimmer jedoch war sauber und ordentlich.

Aucune isolation entre les chambres : on entend ronfler les voisins.

Le code pour ouvrir la chambre ne fonctionnait plus d'un jour à l'autre, que ce serait-il passé si j'étais revenue après 22 heures?
Demande de caution pour ouvrir la ligne téléphonique: lamentable, surtout quand on a payé la chambre d'avance!
Aucun mot d'excuse, ni demande si le séjour s'est bien passé! Ils ont trop peur des réponses. Et savent qu'ils auront toujours de clients!!!

Comentario : Repaint rooms walls (really dirty and gray), repair showers, change bed covers (all have cigarette holes), clean the moquettes. Internet stopped working in october 2009 and since then does'nt work any more (it was very expensive too). It is difficult to check out early in the morning because non invoice can be prepared before you passed the last night in the hotel. Breakfast is a little poor, breakfast room is really small, dishes are washed by hand by receptionist, sometimes they're not very neat. Heating is electric and is really difficult to set (too hot or too cold), bathroom has no heater and is sometimes cold. Receptionists are usually nice and good willing persons, just as the ladies who clean the rooms, nice situation with airport at 3 min, Carrefour supermarket at 2 min, gas station at 30 meters.

Comentario : repeindre les chambres donneraient un aspect plus propres, changer la moquettes,et changer les dessus de lits car ils font vieux et sales. mettres plus tot, des dessus de lits et des rideaux simples donnent deja un cout de neuf.

Comentario : Il n'est pas précisé que l'hotel est à coté d'une route principale, qui engendre beaucoup de bruit! Sans parler de l'insonorité, lorsque les gens parlent dans le couloir on penserait que la porte est grande ouverte. De plus, les lits n'ont pas de sommier, seul une simple planche de bois la remplace. Ceci est sans compter l'odeur nauséabonde de la chambre, on pourrait penser qu'un animal mort était sous le lit, insuportable! La propreté laisse également vraiment a désirer.
Le service taxi que nous avons demandé, n'était en réalité pas un taxi officiel, qui nous a demandé 20 euros pour aller a l'aéroport, qui se trouve à 5 min maximum de l'hotel!
Une honte...

on entend même pas les avions super bien isolé, d'ailleur je veux bien la même isolation chez moi ;-)
les chambres sont bien tempérées.
sale de bain avec baignoir et douche, wc séparé.
super hôtel. j'ai d'ailleur conseillé à ma famille qui se rendait à Paris de prendre une chambre dans le même groupe.
