Comentario : The staff of the hotel were very helpful and friendly. We received an upgrade for our rooms to a sea view! Our only regret was we were not able to stay longer. We will definitely go back.

Comentario : For a Hotel of the standard of the Negresco, we were very disapointed. The room (419) itself was excellent but being on the sea front we would expected a better quality if double glazing.
The bathroom although very large was very much below standard and in my opinion requires complete modernization. For example there is only a single washbasin. with no space for placing cosmetics etc. (I had to put my things on the edge of the bathtub)
We dined in the Chantecler - the service was polite but no more than that.
We were offered some Canapes before the meal which were pathetic, Very unapertising and onewith tomatoe looked as if it had been left over from lunch! Our main course was delayed for at least
30/40 minutes & only appeared after I asked what was going on. I did not even get an apolagy.

Comentario : Unico neo....però grave. Siamo saliti in camera e abbiamo trovato l'addetto alle pulizie. In pratica quella camera non era ancora pronta..ce ne hanno data un'altra ma è una caduta di stile che non deve succedere al Negresco!

Comentario : When you enter your VERY EXPENSIVE room and the first you see is a dead flower, that gives a very bad impression. The carpet is old and dirty. No fruit. Very nice stuff and a beautiful view. Our room No was 321. Regards

Comentario : An unforgettable stay in this Côte d'Azur palace, which by itself sums up the magic of the Promenade des Anglais and its finest years. Each room is astounding, the “le Carousel” restaurant is amazing and the view from our room takes your breath away! Not to be missed if you are visiting Nice.
